Yes. The visit, the measurements and the written price cost you nothing and carry no obligation. We would rather spend an hour scoping a job properly than hand out a number over the phone that changes once we see the site.

It depends on the trade and the time of year. Exterior painting, paver work and pressure washing get pushed around by summer afternoon storms, so those jobs move faster in the drier months, while interior painting, cabinets and carpentry usually start sooner. We give you a real start date at the estimate, not a vague window.

That is most of what we do. A kitchen might need carpentry, cabinets and paint, and a backyard project often needs pavers plus a new deck or lanai. Keeping it in one company means one schedule, one price and one crew leader answering for the result.

Our work is residential. Homes, condos and small multi-family properties are where we are strongest, so that is where we stay.

Moisture damage, soft wood behind trim and failed old base material are common in Florida homes. We stop, show you what we found, and price the fix before touching it. Nothing gets added to your bill without you approving it first.
