We show up when we say
Start dates are set before the first tool comes out of the truck, and if weather or a material delay moves something, you hear it from us before you notice it yourself.
About us
Blauth's Constructions has been building, painting, paving and pressure washing for homeowners across Northeast Florida since 2020. Five services under one roof, one crew on your property, and a finish we are willing to put our name on.
We started in 2020 doing carpentry for homeowners who had been let down by contractors that showed up late, priced one job and billed another, and vanished before the punch list was closed. The plan was never to become the biggest outfit in Jacksonville. It was to be the one homeowners recommend to their neighbors without hesitating.
Painting, cabinets, pavers and exterior washing came next, because those were the jobs our clients kept asking us to coordinate anyway. Bringing them in house meant we stopped waiting on subcontractors and stopped passing blame when something needed fixing. Today the same company that builds your deck also paints your trim and sets your driveway, and one crew leader answers for all of it.
Six years in, most of our work still comes from repeat clients and word of mouth. That is the whole business model. We live and work in the same neighborhoods as the people who hire us, so a job done badly is not something we can drive away from.
See what we doFour things we have refused to compromise on since the first job, because they are the four things homeowners tell us went wrong last time.

You get a written scope and a fixed number. Nothing gets added without your approval, and the invoice at the end matches what you signed at the start.
No rotating subcontractors and no strangers in your house. The crew that starts your project is the crew that finishes it, and they know the whole plan, not just their piece.
Floors covered, furniture protected, debris hauled out and the site swept at the end of every workday. You should be able to live in the house while we work in it.
Northeast Florida is hard on a house in its own way. UV chews through a cheap exterior coating in a couple of seasons, humidity swells anything fitted too tight, sandy soil moves under a base that was never compacted, and a single August afternoon can drop more rain than a poorly pitched patio knows what to do with. Building here means building for July and September, not for the photo on the last day.
Paver work gets proper excavation, compacted lifts of base rock and a surface pitched to carry water away from the foundation instead of pooling against it.
Prep takes longer than the finish coat, and the products we specify are chosen for UV, humidity and mildew resistance rather than for the price per gallon.
Exposed carpentry gets treated or rot-resistant stock, ends sealed and details built to shed water, because humid air finds every joint left open to it.
Soft wood, moisture damage and failed old work turn up constantly here. We stop, show you, and price the repair before touching it.
A few finished projects from kitchens, patios and interiors around Jacksonville.
If something is not right, tell us and we come back. That has been the deal since 2020 and it has not changed.
