Framing, trim, doors, stairs, decks and lanais. We work to the line, not to the nearest quarter inch, and we use materials that can take Jacksonville humidity without cupping, swelling or rotting out at the ends.
Interior and exterior. Florida sun fades a cheap coating in a couple of seasons, so we prep properly, prime what needs priming and use products rated for UV, humidity and mildew resistance.
Kitchens, vanities, laundry rooms and built-ins. We measure the room as it actually is, scribe to walls that are never plumb, and set doors and drawers so the reveals stay even across the whole run.
Patios, driveways, walkways and pool decks. Sandy North Florida soil and heavy summer storms punish a lazy base, so we excavate to depth, compact in lifts and pitch every surface to drain away from the house.
Driveways, pool decks and siding lose years to green and black buildup. Hard surfaces get a rotary cleaner for an even finish, while stucco and siding get a soft wash that lifts the growth without driving water behind it.
Sealing locks the joint sand in place so the field keeps its interlock and ants and weeds stay out. It also deepens the color, slows oil and tannin stains and holds off the UV fade that turns a new driveway grey.
